With the FEC reporting period now complete, the Brad Smith for Congress campaign is confident the results will reinforce what voters across Wisconsin’s 6th Congressional District have already seen: a campaign built on grassroots support, local engagement, and a growing coalition of supporters.

As the campaign awaits the official filing, it is entering its next phase by focusing on the issues that matter most to the people of the 6th District.

Over the past several months, Brad Smith has traveled throughout the District, listening to voters at their doors, at community events, in businesses, and at dairy breakfasts. Those conversations have shaped the campaign’s priorities and reinforced a simple belief: the best solutions begin by listening and focusing on everyone’s needs and then finding a balance.

In the weeks ahead, the campaign will clearly outline his commitment to making affordable healthcare a right, supporting wages that allow working people to thrive, strengthening the middle class, investing in public education, expanding opportunities through technical colleges and the skilled trades.

“Listening will always be at the forefront of this campaign,” Smith said. “Now it’s time to show people how those conversations have shaped my priorities and how I’ll represent the people of Wisconsin’s 6th District. I’ll always put working families first, approach every issue with an open mind, and focus on practical solutions that improve people’s lives.”

The campaign believes voters deserve a clear choice in this election: a representative who is present in the community, listens before making decisions, and works to solve problems that affect everyone, not just the well connected or well funded.
