MADISON, WI (July 09, 2026) – NFIB Wisconsin, the state’s largest small business advocate, announced the release of its biennial voting record for state legislators today. Overall, 15 State Senators and 53 Representatives scored a 100% NFIB Voting Record in the 2025-2026 session.
“Wisconsin small businesses are grateful for their allies in the Legislature who supported Main Street priorities like cutting taxes and red tape,” said NFIB Wisconsin State Director Luke Bacher. “Providing meaningful tax relief, making health care more affordable, and giving voters a choice in stopping a 400-year property tax increase, these exceptional lawmakers have given small businesses a much-needed boost to grow and further invest in our communities.”
The 2026 NFIB Voting Record does not reflect every element considered by lawmakers when voting, nor does it represent a complete profile of the legislators. The voting record includes ten key votes on issues important to small businesses, including tax relief and regulations. It does not account for the fact that many of these legislators support small businesses in committees as well.
