A new ad from Dem gubernatorial candidate David Crowley says Republicans have “made their choice” by spending millions to “prop up candidates they know they can beat.”

The spot shows a news clip referencing a $3.2 million buy that the Republican Governors Association has put into ads that many see as an effort to boost Francesca Hong with Dem primary voters.

The narrator declares, “It’s time for Democrats to make our choice” before showing footage of Crowley from Saturday’s announcement that he was getting back into the race with the endorsement of Gov. Tony Evers.

“It’s time for us to fight back,” Crowley says to close the ad. “Wisconsin Democrats, the choice is yours.”
