La Crosse – Yesterday, Wisconsin Conservation Voters recognized Representative Jill Billings as a Conservation Champion with a 100% voting record on their score card and named her as one of four legislators on their Conservation Honor Roll. Rep. Billings released the following statement:
“I am so honored to receive the Conservation Champion Award and be named as a legislator on the Wisconsin Conservation Voters’ Conservation Honor Roll. Conservation and environmental protection are particularly close to my heart because the 95th District has experienced pollution including PFAS contamination and nitrates in drinking water over the years. I am dedicated to working hard to help protect our environment and address water quality issues, and I am proud that my votes in the Assembly scored a perfect 100% on the WCV Scorecard.
