WISCONSIN RAPIDS, Wis. – A new Wisconsin cranberry creation is coming to the Wisconsin State Fair this year. The Wisconsin State Cranberry Growers Association (WSCGA) is partnering with O&H Danish Bakery to introduce the Cranberry Dream Bar, a State Fair-exclusive treat celebrating Wisconsin’s official state fruit.

The decadent dessert features a buttery blonde brownie base infused with vanilla, Wisconsin cranberries, and white chocolate. Topped with smooth vanilla frosting and dried cranberries, the Cranberry Dream Bar offers a sweet twist on the tart flavor that makes Wisconsin cranberries unique.

In addition to the new cranberry treat, visitors are invited to stop by the Wisconsin Cranberries booth inside the Wisconsin Building to taste, explore, and celebrate the cranberry industry. Fairgoers can learn how cranberries are grown and experience hands-on activities that bring the cranberry marsh to life at the fairgrounds.

Other featured menu items include a cranberry white chocolate chunk cookie, dried cranberry snack packs, and cranberry juice, all highlighting Wisconsin-grown cranberries.

The booth will include several interactive features:

  • A “Test the Bounce of Your Berry” plinko board with free giveaways
  • A mini cranberry marsh with real vines and floating cranberries
  • Daily from 1–3 PM: Meet our cranberry mascot, Crandall Cranberry
  • Activity books and games for kids and recipe cards for adults
  • Educational videos and materials about cranberry growing in Wisconsin

Cranberries are Wisconsin’s number one fruit crop in both size and economic value, contributing $1 billion and supporting more than 4,000 jobs across the state.
