Milwaukee, WI — On Wednesday, RightCount Wisconsin Chairman Jim Steineke released the following statement reflecting on the outcome of Tuesday’s August Primary Elections in the Badger State.
“Our election process is built on safeguards designed to prevent fraud, guarantee security, and create accountability at every step. We owe a debt of gratitude to the thousands of poll workers, election administrators, and clerks who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to run an accurate operation. Special recognition goes to our first responders, including the Milwaukee Police Department, for their professionalism and commitment to maintaining a safe, secure environment where every eligible voter could make their voice heard with confidence. Yesterday’s primary elections once again demonstrate the strength of Wisconsin’s election system while highlighting the areas in which we need to continue improving. While our system is secure, we should always be looking for ways to serve voters better. By supporting our local election workers, enhancing transparency, and continuing to refine our operations, we ensure that Wisconsin elections earn public trust.”
