Wisconsin Education Association Council: Recommends Alex Joers for Assembly

The Wisconsin Education Association Council (WEAC), the state’s largest union of educators, recommends Alex Joers for State Assembly in District 81.

WEAC’s recommendation, based on feedback from public school educators across Wisconsin, is based on commitment to students, educators and public education.

“Alex Joers has committed to addressing school funding, student opportunity and educator recruitment and retention,” said WEAC President Peggy Wirtz-Olsen. “WEAC educator-members who work and live in the district stand ready to work in partnership to elect this outstanding candidate.”
