MADISON, Wis. — Election deniers from Trump to Scott Presler are flocking to Wisconsin to install extreme election denier Congressman Tom Tiffany as governor to oversee the 2028 elections. MAGA Congressman Tom Tiffany appeared on a podcast whose host has repeatedly made antisemitic comments and joked about Hitler, including saying that Hitler had “actually done some good things.” During his appearance, Tiffany did not refuse the host’s offer to have Scott Presler volunteer for his campaign and encouraged listeners to sign up.
“Congressman Tom Tiffany has taken every opportunity to undermine Wisconsinites’ right to vote in order to manipulate our democratic process,” said Democratic Party of Wisconsin spokesperson Emily Stuckey. “Congressman Tiffany has shown he will do 100% of what Trump tells him and as governor, we cannot trust him to protect our democracy and do what is best for Wisconsin.”
In recent years, Presler has regularly promoted election misinformation and organized several “stop the steal’ rallies in the weeks before the January 6th attack on the U.S. Capitol — which Presler himself attended. On September 19, Presler will be hosting an event in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, to help elect MAGA extremists.
