MILWAUKEE, Wis. – Today, David Crowley, who was just endorsed by Reproductive Freedom for All, applauded and announced his support for Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin’s new lawsuit challenging two Wisconsin restrictions that limit access to abortion. If successful, the requirement that only physicians provide abortion care and the 24-hour delay rule would be overturned. Meanwhile, MAGA Extremist Congressman Tom Tiffany is an anti-abortion extremist who supported banning abortion nationwide at zero weeks with no exceptions for rape, incest or life of the mother.

“Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin’s landmark lawsuit is a reminder that Wisconsin must elect a governor who will protect reproductive rights and keep politicians out of private medical decisions,” said Crowley. “Unlike MAGA Congressman Tom Tiffany, who is so extreme that he supported banning abortion nationwide at zero weeks with no exceptions for rape, incest or life of the mother, I don’t want my daughters to live in a world where they have fewer options for care than their mother or grandmother. If Tom Tiffany were to become governor, he’ll bring his extreme agenda to Wisconsin.”

Congressman Tom Tiffany celebrated the U.S. Supreme Court’s unprecedented decision to overturn Roe v. Wade and has said he would bring the same agenda to Wisconsin that’s so extreme that doctors are sounding the alarm.

By contrast, last month, Crowley was endorsed by Planned Parenthood Advocates of Wisconsin. And years before the Dobbs decision, Crowley supported the Assembly Joint Resolution 10 which declares abortion is healthcare.
