Green Bay, WI — Gather your flock and join UW-Green Bay for the 2026 UW-Green Bay Phlash Dash: An Interactive 5K Run/Walk, a family-friendly event benefiting UW-Green Bay students through the Alumni Scholarship Fund. Held during Phoenix Family Weekend, the event welcomes alumni, students, faculty, staff, families and community members for a morning of fitness, fun and philanthropy. New this year, participants can enjoy interactive challenges and photo opportunities along the course for chances to win prizes. Details are as follows:

Location: Kress Event Center, UW-Green Bay Campus
Date: Sunday, October 4, 2026

Registration/Check-In: 8 a.m.
Run/Walk Start: 9 a.m.

Early Bird Entry (Includes UWGB Phlash Dash tumbler for first 100 entries and post-race food and beverages)

  • $15 for UWGB students and children under 18 years of age
  • $25 for adults

(Must be registered and paid by September 25, 2026.)

Entry Fee after September 25, 2026 to October 4, 2026:

  • $20 for UW-Green Bay students and children under 18 years of age
  • $30 for adults

Participants are encouraged to show their Phoenix pride by wearing their favorite UW-Green Bay gear. The event is made possible through the generous support of Green Bay Packers Give Back, Phoenix Store, Festival Foods and Healthy Way Market. 

All participants must complete and sign an event waiver. Volunteers are also needed. Current UW-Green Bay students, faculty and staff interested in volunteering can learn more and sign up through the UWGB Alumni volunteer portal.
