A new ad from GOP gubernatorial nominee Tom Tiffany proclaims Dem rival David Crowley “a failed county executive.”
The spot, the 11th Tiffany has released so far in the race, carries a similar knock as a new spot from the Republican Governors Association, which calls Crowley “incompetent.”
The latest Tiffany ad features a man identified as Jim. He says during his 46 years of living in Milwaukee County, he’s seen crime rise and his property tax bill go up and his services go down. He adds while the sales tax has almost doubled, streets haven’t improved and homes haven’t become more affordable.
“David Crowley had his chance. We can’t afford him to be up in Madison,” he says to close the ad. “David Crowley is a failed county executive, and he’d be a failed governor.”
