NEW FRANKEN, WI — Nic Cravillion, Republican candidate for Wisconsin’s First Senate District, has received the endorsement of Brown County Sheriff Todd Delain.

Delain has served as Brown County Sheriff since 2019 following more than two decades in law enforcement. Prior to becoming sheriff, Delain served with the Brown County Sheriff’s Office and as a Special Agent with the Wisconsin Department of Justice. He is also a graduate of the FBI National Academy and a dedicated advocate for crime victims and public safety.


“I am proud to endorse Nic Cravillion for Wisconsin State Senate District 1,” said Brown County Sheriff Todd Delain. “I have had the opportunity to interact with Nic and found that he is dedicated to serving others. Nic is committed to supporting initiatives that keep our communities safe. It is clear that Nic cares deeply about Northeast Wisconsin and will do an excellent job representing us in Madison!”

Cravillion was born and raised in New Franken, where he now lives with his family on their seventh-generation homestead. An Army combat veteran, he has served in the military for more than 15 years, including a deployment to Afghanistan, and continues to serve as a Drill Sergeant in the U.S. Army Reserve. For nearly six years, Cravillion has served Northeast Wisconsin as State Senator André Jacque’s District Director, helping constituents and working closely with local governments and community leaders.


Cravillion has also received the endorsement of longtime Kewaunee County Sheriff Matt Joski.
