“Congressman Tom Tiffany gutted healthcare for Wisconsinites in order to give tax breaks to billionaires like the ones who fund his campaign,” said Democratic Party of Wisconsin spokesperson Emily Stuckey. “Congressman Tiffany even cheered on the cuts that could force rural hospitals to close and cause over 270,000 Wisconsinites to lose coverage. It’s clear Tiffany is working for billionaires, not Wisconsinites.”

- Tiffany tried to lie about his vote to cut Medicaid, claiming “the important thing to remember is that we did not cut Medicaid.” Yet, independent fact checkers confirmed that the Big Ugly Bill cut Medicaid by $1 trillion.
- Tiffany’s MAGA vote for the “Big Ugly Bill” could also force rural hospitals to close, leaving people driving hours away or even out of state to see a doctor, making it even more expensive to receive care.
