MADISON, Wis. – Two things are fueling Democrat David Crowley’s campaign for Governor: failed presidential candidate Kamala Harris and failed Democratic Socialist Francesca Hong.
The Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel highlights how Crowley is not only “open” to campaigning with him, but seems to have outsourced his campaign’s activities to them. While Crowley flies to California to fundraise with Harris, he has Hong hitting the trail on a statewide tour to support him.
What do the two have in common? Wisconsin voters rejected both of them. But Crowley doesn’t appear concerned that Wisconsinites aren’t buying what Harris and Hong are selling; in fact, he’s doubled down on tax hikes and soft-on-crime policies like tablets for inmates that would leave our families less safe and less prosperous.
David Crowley isn’t hiding who he is from Wisconsin voters; he’s embracing the radical fringe that Wisconsinites have rejected time and again. That’s why he’s going to lose on November 3rd.
