DE PERE, Wis. — This week the Brandy Tollefson campaign filed its September 2026 finance report, raising over $53,000 in cash, more than triple the $16,000 raised by incumbent Republican Rep. Ben Franklin in the 88th Assembly District.

“While we continue the hard work of building grassroots support, our fundraising numbers reflect our effort and integrity,” Brandy Tollefson said. “My opponent continues to lean on the support of billionaires to finance his campaign. I’m not interested in buying votes. We’re earning them.”

The Republican Assembly Campaign Committee (RACC) raised $6 million over the last reporting period with $5.5 million notably contributed by Diane Hendricks, the wealthiest person in Wisconsin and a resident of Beloit.

Franklin’s campaign received over $627,000 in in-kind contributions from RACC and a maximum individual contribution from Hendricks herself.
