MADISON, WI: This week, Representative Randy Udell (D-47th District) released the following statement regarding his endorsement for County Executive David Crowley to be Wisconsin’s next governor:

“David Crowley is a proven executive leader. As County Executive, his housing policies gave Milwaukee County the most successful rate in the nation in homelessness reduction. As a former state representative, he fought to protect women’s right to choose, to protect renters and homeowners from exploitation, and to increase transparency and affordability in Wisconsin’s healthcare system.

“Congressman Tiffany, on the other hand, has a proven record of voting against Wisconsin. This Congressional session, he voted to gut Wisconsin’s Medicaid and SNAP funding, to prevent states from regulating AI data centers, and to extend the disastrous war in Iran.

“As governor, Crowley will deliver true Wisconsin-first leadership, and I am honored to endorse him to be governor.”
