Madison, WI – Senator Bob Wirch (D-Pleasant Prairie) released the following statement on the Brewers’ Timeless Tickets:
“Thank you, WTMJ, for letting me know that residents from Kenosha couldn’t redeem their Timeless Tickets to attend a World Series game. I have reached out to the family, who have attended games since the Brewers played at County Stadium, and bought the Timeless Tickets when the Brewers were 30 games under .500 for the year with the belief that one day they would go to the World Series. Brewers fans are tried and true in good years and in challenging years. I reached out to Brewers Leadership on the family’s behalf; the Timeless Ticket was a promise made years ago to fans, and in that spirit, it should be honored.”
