Washington, DC – On the debate stage tonight, Tom Tiffany tried to deflect blame for the energy affordability crisis that he started, while offering Wisconsinites zero solutions. It’s no wonder that he’s had to desperately make up excuses: His voting record shows a consistent pattern of doing Trump’s bidding at the expense of his own constituents.
Tiffany has desperately tried to distance himself from his own votes in a last-ditch effort to save his sinking ship. But between voting for a war of choice in Iran that sent diesel prices to record-highs during harvest season and a budget bill that has gutted clean energy supply as demand skyrockets, Tiffany only has himself to blame for the affordability crisis that will cost him a job in two weeks.
