The spot, the 22nd of Walker’s re-election bid, is a take off on a regular feature on the children’s show “The Electric Company.” In the bit, the silhouettes of two people’s faces are shown as they teach kids how to pronounce sounds. One of the silhouettes starts the word before the other finishes.
