In his first TV ad of the campaign, Supreme Court candidate Brian Hagedorn talks about adopting a girl addicted to opiates who his wife says “had to struggle through withdrawal in my arms.” His campaign said the initial buy is for $50,000 on TV in Milwaukee and Green Bay starting tomorrow.
