Tomahawk, WI – Today, Representative Mary Felzkowski (R-Irma) announced the endorsement of State Senator Tom Tiffany (R-Minocqua) in her bid for the 12th State Senate District. Tiffany, who is running to fill the open seat left by Sean Duffy in the 7th Congressional District, joined Felzkowski yesterday at her announcement tour across the district.
“Mary is a trusted friend and colleague who has represented the people of the 35th Assembly District with distinction and integrity,” said Tiffany. “Mary is a proven conservative who has provided a strong voice for Northern Wisconsin and continually fights for the best interests and values of our region. She will be an effective State Senator who will have an immediate impact, and I am proud to endorse her,” concluded Tiffany.
Felzkowski held a campaign kick-off tour yesterday, making stops in Merrill, Rhinelander, Laona, and Antigo, taking her message of conservative principles and common sense across the 12th Senate District.
“I am grateful and humbled by Senator Tiffany’s endorsement,” said Felzkowski. “Tom has been a champion for taxpayers, the unborn, the Second Amendment and property rights, but most importantly he never backed down from a fight in Madison when it came to representing the Northwoods and standing up for our best interests. If elected, I will continue the fight and bring the same dedication and commitment to Northern Wisconsin,” added Felzkowski.
