Earth Day is a time to reflect on the impact humans have on the environment and on how war and militarism are connected to and responsible for the biggest threat to the ecosystem and the world’s population — climate change.

We can all certainly accept the role of being good stewards of resources provided. Where we often depart is the extent to which our lives need to be controlled by a sense of panic regarding changes occurring in the climate.

Chicago is the perfect place for Democrats to hold their 2024 national convention. Crime continues to be a major problem. Protesters rule the streets. Racial unrest has led to violence.

Milwaukee Succeeds and the Greater Milwaukee Foundation – in alliance with local and statewide coalitions in the field – are calling for a state investment of $300 million in the upcoming biennial budget to provide ongoing stability for early childhood education in Wisconsin.

The transgender agenda is not to make everyone transgender, it’s to live our lives authentically and be treated with dignity and respect, just like anyone else.

To me, the meeting to discuss the embarrassing failure of the Madison Metropolitan School District’s response to open records requests was an embarrassment itself.
