Number of Wisconsinites with Healthcare.gov plan who paid premiums, activated coverage beats national figure

About 89 percent of Wisconsinites who picked a Healthcare.gov plan paid their premiums and activated their coverage, according to a new report from the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
