The new arena and surrounding development by the Milwaukee Bucks in downtown Milwaukee is changing the landscape of the city’s central business district. The Bucks already have completed a new $30 million practice facility and a parking structure. The $524 million arena is on track to be completed in less than a year and the BMO Harris Bradley Center is scheduled to be demolished soon after. At the same time, work has started on apartments in the district, along with the highly anticipated entertainment block. Come hear from those involved in the big project about what is next, along with how it will impact the bars and restaurants and other businesses in the downtown area.
