Restoration PAC ad knocks Baldwin for handling of Tomah VA scandal

A new TV ad knocks U.S. Sen. Tammy Baldwin for her handling of a scandal at the Tomah VA Medical Center, saying she was "slow to protect our heroes, but quick to protect herself."
The Illinois-based Restoration PAC is spending $465,000 on the ad buy, which will run statewide starting tomorrow. The 30-second ad says the Madison Dem "did nothing" after learning of "serious problems" at the VA, and blamed the issues on a staffer.
The ad ends with the question, "Why would we ever vote for her again?"
