MADISON – Heading to the 2017 Wisconsin Farm Technology Days event in Kewaunee County? We’ll see you there!

The Bureau of Consumer Protection will have a booth in the Family Living Tent to answer your consumer questions and help you find resources to resolve issues you may be facing. If you stop in to check out the entertainment on the tent stage, take a look for us and be ready to walk away informed!

“Farm Technology Days is a great way to share consumer information with a large population of folks from around the state and beyond,” said Frank Frassetto, Division Administrator for Trade and Consumer Protection. “Visitors to our booth will learn some helpful tips to protect them from scams and other consumer difficulties, and we hope they will share this knowledge with friends and loved ones.”

The Bureau will have coloring sheets on hand for children and a dry-erase maze that they can try their hands at. But the fun is not just for the kids, as we have an (educational) activity planned for adults as well.

For additional information or to file a consumer complaint, visit the Bureau at datcp.wisconsin.gov, call the Consumer Protection Hotline at 800-422-7128 or send an e-mail to datcphotline@wisconsin.gov.

This year’s Wisconsin Farm Technology Days event will be held at Ebert Enterprises in Algoma. The show runs from Tuesday, 7/11 through Thursday, 7/13.
