Rep. Kind ranked 18th most independent out of all 435 Members of Congress in 115th Congress

La Crosse – This week, the non-partisan Lugar Center released their annual rankings of the most independent Members of the U.S. House of Representatives. U.S. Rep. Ron Kind was ranked 18th out of 435 House Members for the 115thCongress, and was ranked 1st in the Wisconsin delegation.

“Back here in Wisconsin, I often hear about how fed up people are with the gridlock and dysfunction in Washington. I’m fed up too, which is why I work to bridge the gap between Democrats and Republicans and work together to get the job done. I am proud to be consistently ranked the #1 most independent voice in the Wisconsin delegation, and will continue to put politics aside to find solutions to the problems Wisconsinites face,” said Rep. Ron Kind.
