The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) is requesting public feedback on proposed improvements at the US 18/151 and County F intersection near the Village of Blue Mounds in Dane County. WisDOT is proposing to improve intersection safety and operations with a Restricted Crossing U-Turn, or RCUT. There are two RCUT designs under consideration – a J-Turn and a Median U-Turn. The J-turn design allows County F traffic to turn right-in and right-out at the intersection.
