MILWAUKEE – Please include the MPC (Milwaukee Press Club) Endowment in your year-end charitable giving. After nearly 50 years of supporting journalism excellence, the Endowment has two new funds through which donors can direct their contributions.

Bob Wills Freedom of Information Fund
The MPC Endowment will match up to $5,000 in new donations to the Bob Wills FOI Fund, defending journalistic freedoms and First Amendment rights. Established in September, the fund honors the late Milwaukee newspaper leader, who helped found the Wisconsin Freedom of Information Council.

Meg Jones Scholarship Fund
In November, the Meg Jones Scholarship joined other separate funds maintained by the MPC Endowment to assist and inspire the next generation of journalists. Other funds include the Tim Cuprisin Memorial Fund, the Eric Miller PantherVision Scholarship and the Don Walker Memorial Scholarship.
