MADISON – Yesterday, Senator Melissa Agard (D-Madison) was unanimously elected to serve as the Vice-Chair for the State Capitol and Executive Residence Board (SCERB).
Senator Agard released the following statement:
“As a lifelong Madison resident, it is an honor to serve on the State Capitol and Executive Residence Board. Having the opportunity to help preserve the history of our state buildings and residence in my hometown is truly an honor.
“I look forward to serving the committee in this leadership capacity and supporting future SCERB projects come to fruition. I want to sincerely thank the members of SCERB for their support and look forward to continuing to work collaboratively and bipartisanly.”
