MILWAUKEE—Milwaukee Mayor Cavalier Johnson’s campaign announced today that he has agreed to an extensive list of debates, forums, and joint appearances. With only 46 days to the general election, the campaign will average more than one joint appearance a week.

The debates, forums, and joint appearances include:

  • WISN’s UPFRONTJoint Appearance – Sunday, February 20, 9 a.m.

  • Common Ground Mayoral Forum – Sunday, March 13, 3 p.m., St Mark’s AME Church

  • GMC/WI Policy Forum – Monday, March 14, 12:30 p.m., Italian Community Center

  • Black Media Association Forum – Tuesday, March 15, 6 p.m.

  • Press Club/Journal Sentinel Forum – Wednesday, March 16, 7 p.m.

  • WISN TV Debate – Friday, March 18, 7 p.m.

  • WTMJ/Marquette/WisPolitics Debate – Sunday, March 27, 6 p.m.

  • PBS/WUWM/CBS58 Forum – Wednesday, March 30, 7 p.m.

“In this short campaign, Milwaukee voters will have a number of opportunities to compare the candidates side-by-side, and we are confident our neighbors will then choose Mayor Cavalier Johnson to be the city’s chief executive,” said Daniel Bauman, deputy campaign manager for Cavalier for Milwaukee.
