MADISON – State Representative Timothy Ramthun (R-Campbellsport) released the following statement regarding the passing of former 59th State Representative Daniel LeMahieu:
“As a citizen with a passion to serve, one person I always chose to reference for ideas and perspectives on being a public servant was Rep. Dan LeMahieu. We spoke occasionally about the roles, their challenges, and their opportunities. Dan never hesitated in meeting, taking a call, or simply just offering a comment. His style was unassuming, a man with a trusted character that was easy to talk to and was understandable in his actions. He was a role model for citizen servanthood, a model I follow. Always good to see anywhere, Dan will be missed beyond measure. My deepest sympathies to Rosemary and the entire LeMahieu family.”
