MADISON— The Tommy G. Thompson Center on Public Leadership is pleased to announce The ReBate event on Thursday August 24, 2023, check-in begins at 11:30 a.m. with the program beginning at noon at UWM Joseph J. Zilber School of Public Health. This event will be held the day after the GOP debate in Milwaukee, WI.

Join Jeff Mayers, president of WisPolitics and moderator for this event as well as panelists, Craig Gilbert, Charles Franklin, Megan Novak, Senator Julian Bradley, and Scott Jensen. This panel will debrief and review the RNC presidential primary debate from the night before held at the Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee, WI. This table of experts will break down and analyze the future of the 2024 Presidential race.

Gilbert is a recently retired Washington Bureau Chief for the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, Franklin is the Director of Marquette Law School Poll, Novak is the State Director for Americans for Prosperity for Wisconsin, Sen. Bradley is the State Senator for District 28, and Jensen is Senior Strategist American Federation for Children and former Chief of Staff for Governor Tommy Thompson.
