Congressman Bryan Steil (WI-01) this week presented the Distinguished Service Medal to retired St. Francis K9 Officer Bane. Bane was the first K9 officer to join St. Francis in 2014 and has responded to hundreds of calls throughout his career with his handler, Detective Holly McManus.
