Sadly, we watched nearly every Democrat in the Legislature reject this deal simply because election-year politics and extreme ideologies don’t allow for bipartisan cooperation.

Why are many Americans so scared or even angry about AI, even when people in China, India, Brazil, Singapore, Malaysia and many other countries outside Europe are not?

Muslims are part of America’s strength. They have helped make this nation more compassionate, more innovative, more resilient and more prosperous.

America’s immigration debate often gets framed as a choice between security and compassion. It doesn’t have to be. We can secure our border while also recognizing a simple economic reality: The United States needs workers, and most of those workers are immigrants.
