Joint Finance approves plans for WHEDA surplus, agency overdrafts while signing off on DOJ settlements

The Joint Finance Committee unanimously backed a modified proposal from WHEDA to use a $16.7 million surplus from 2018-19, the Evers’ administration’s plans to deal with fund overdrafts and four settlements reached by DOJ.
