James Edming (R-Glen Flora) and Sen. Jerry Petrowski (R-Marathon). AB 416 increases the wild animal protection surcharge for the poaching of trophy deer. “Deer hunting is one of Wisconsin’s most important sporting traditions,” said Rep.
