On January 21, 2022, Mark Pocan submitted a letter to the Attorney General of the United States, Merrick Garland, requesting an investigation into the ten Electors who presented their electoral ballots for President Trump after the 2020 Presidential Election in Wisconsin. The Electors met at the state capital at noon on December 14th and cast their votes as required by federal law. Tony Evers today, together with the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin (PSC), encouraged Wisconsin households struggling to pay for internet service to enroll in the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP), a replacement of the Emergency Broadband Benefit Program (EBB).
